Laurie is a former Texas Licensed Private Investigator who founded, grew and sold a multi-million dollar pre-employment screening company. She has also volunteered in many school organizations in leadership roles and has also been very active in business networking events and other civic organizations. She is currently running 2 other businesses and is the Business Development & Training Coordinator/ Owner of SafetyLTC.
Greg Barone, CITRMS

Greg, a Gulf War - Submarine Veteran, has a risk management background as a previous consultant with a big six accounting firm. He is currently an Executive Director with LegalShield and a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist CITRMS. He has extensive years of training experience educating employees and employers regarding risk management. Greg is an accomplished public speaker. He is an NRA certified Basic Pistol Instructor and is certified by the Texas Department of Public Safety to teach and certify Handgun Licenses as a co-owner of Safety LTC.
Certified LTC Instructor
A Veteran of the USAF, Aaron was a member of the Security Forces as military law enforcement and security. Upon leaving the military he went into the police academy and the security industry within the state of Texas. He has and currently still works as a Commissioned Security officer, Bodyguard, Private Investigator, and Security Instructor. He has also worked as a fugitive recovery agent and has made a number of arrests while working in this role.
Throughout his career he has gained an in-depth knowledge of security and safety as well as training techniques, and practical experience dealing with crisis situations. As well as appropriate response levels and the use of force for dealing with those situations.
Certified LTC Instructor
Orlando enlisted in the reserve forces of the US Army. In 1996 he was promoted to the rank of sergeant major. From April 2007 to April 2010 he was the Nominative Command Sergeant Major of the
Army Reserve in the United States Caribbean. He was awarded the Legion of Merit in 2010.
In 1980, he began his law enforcement career with the Kansas Department of Corrections. He was a correctional officer at the Kansas State Penitentiary. He then became a police officer with the Kansas City Missouri Police Department. After serving honorably in the police department, he began a career with the federal government as a special agent at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) from where he retired in 2015.
In 1984, Orlando became a firearms instructor in the United States Army Reserves. He instructed and conducted qualifications for soldiers assigned to Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. In 1990, he was promoted to Master Sergeant in charge of firearms training. In 1994, Orlando became a firearm instructor, certified by the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Brunswick, GA. Shortly after he completed his training, he became the Firearms Instructor in charge for Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Pam Branum is a certified NRA Handgun Instructor, License to Carry (LTC) Instructor, A Girl & A Gun Club Chapter Instructor, Personal Firearm Instructor, and a MAST Solutions Instructor. Pam is a proud native Texan and has been an avid firearm enthusiast for the past 30 years. She now uses those skills to help train, educate and encourage others to shoot. She is also an avid outdoorsman and some of her hobbies include bow and rifle hunting, especially wild hog hunting. Her past accomplishments include being a 1stLieutenant in the Civil Air Patrol and a bronze medal winner at the 2018 Senior World Games in swimming. “I am a patriot and the right to bear arms is extremely near and dear to my heart. My goal and passion is to help people take advantage of this constitutional right in a safe and responsible manner,” Branum emphasized.
Our belief is that everyone deserves to protect themselves from violent criminals and those who have no regard for the sanctity of human life. Our training differs from many other Hangun Licensing instructors in that we accept and patiently teach and train all our students with the utmost respect, regardless of their experience with firearms.
